Generation of Daily, Weekly and monthly report. Each report will include
- Status of Works.
- Material consumption record.
- Work completed during the reporting period.
- Work planned for the next reporting period.
- Any decisions taken jointly or independently on site.
- Decisions required on priority Basis.
- Maintain Site Accounts (Petty cash).
- Departmental Labour records.
- Contractor Payment Records.
- Supplier Payment Records.
- Any other transaction records.
- Development of Cash-flow reports.
