Contract Management

  1. Based on the project speed, detailing and special requirements implementation of Work Break Down structure.
  2. Further to the Work Break Down structure’ identification and definition of Contract policy. Definition of various part / complete contracts to be awarded. Definition the scope and interface of each Contractor.
  3. Identification of Contractors if required. Conduct discussions with the Contractors and clarify the overall Project requirements. If required carry out the first round of negotiations.
  4. Development and maintenance of a billing system and appraisal of bills for the Contractors.
  5. Identification of suppliers and development of material ordering strategy based on Project Speed and cash flows.
  6. Project communication and co-ordination on behalf of the Owner.
